Look at these delicious Mini Apple Cinnamon Cheesecakes, do you think they are hard to make? Well, if you do then you are wrong. These cheesecakes are one of the easiest desserts to make, as far as I am concerned. Even easier, faster and less messy than making cookies.
The preparation takes just half an hour – well, and they have to be 2 hours in the refrigerator.
These Mini Apple Cinnamon Cheesecakes will sure be a hit at your next gathering. Creamy, pleasingly rich cheesecakes gets an even richer taste with the addition of apples and ground cinnamon.
What You Need:
- 60g butter
- 2 chopped apples
- 100g sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 Tsp. ground cinnamon
- ca. 120g graham crumbs
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 200g sour cream
- 1 egg
Preparing the Mini Apple Cinnamon Cheesecakes:
Heat oven to 175° C/ 350°F.
Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a cooking pot on medium heat. Add apples, some of the sugar and stir.
Cook on medium-low heat 10/15 min, stirring occasionally. Add milk, cinnamon and stir. Cook 2 min., stirring from time to time. Remove from heat and let cool down a bit.
Melt the remaining butter in medium bowl. Add graham crumbs and mix well. Put about 1 Tbsp. crumb mixture into each muffin cups and press with a spoon onto the bottom.
Beat cream cheese, 3/4 of the sour cream and remaining sugar in a bowl until blended. Add the egg and whisk on low speed just until mixed. Stir in 3/4 of the apple mixture. Spoon over the crusts in the muffin forms.
Bake 20 to 22 min.
Let the cakes cool completely.
Take the cheesecakes out of the form and put onto a plate. Top with the remaining sour cream and apple mixture.
Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours. ( Be strong and don’t try one before – they will not be so tasty )
